Our pages on roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage repair, gutters, siding and roof inspections explain how we work and what tends to go wrong with a roof. That is general guidance. It is not a diagnosis of your roof, and every home is different once we are up on it and can see the shingles, flashing and decking for ourselves.
How Work Gets Agreed
Nothing on this website is an offer to do a specific job at a specific price. The phone is the only way to reach us. A call to (859) 251-3557 is how you arrange a free roof inspection or a free estimate, and the scope, price and schedule for any work are settled with you directly after we have looked at your home.
Any promotion shown on the site is confirmed during that call, along with how it applies to your job. If anything you read here differs from what we agree with you, the agreement we make together is what counts.
Insurance Claims
After a storm, we can explain what we found on your roof and share photos you can pass along to your insurer. We are not your adjuster and cannot decide what a policy covers. Coverage questions belong with your insurance company.
